SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING: Read all safety warnings, instructions and specifications provided. Failure to follow all instructions may result in electrical fire, electrical shock, over heating and/or serious injury.
- Do not use your new Heated Hand Warmer if you are sensitive to heat. Consult your doctor prior to use if you have any medical conditions.
- Turn off the power immediately if any discomfort occurs.
GENERAL
- Do not leave your Heated Hand Warmer unsupervised when powered on.
- Disconnect the battery power bank when not in use.
- If the Heated Hand Warmer is damaged in any way, do not attempt to repair yourself.
- Parental supervision of children younger than 12 years of age is recommended.
BATTERY SAFETY
- Do not use the Heated Hand Warmer if the battery power bank has been damaged or modified.
- Under no circumstances should you disassemble, abuse, or purposely damage the battery power bank or connecting hardware.
- If severe swelling or damage of the battery power bank occurs stop using the Heated Hand Warmer immediately.
- After washing the Heated Hand Warmer it must be completely dry and free from moisture before plugging in power supply.
- Stay away from flammable, explosive materials and excessive heat when charging.
- Only recharge with the charger cable supplied and or recommended by the manufacturer. Charger cables not recommended by the manufacturer may create a risk of fire or electrical shock.
- Only use battery power bank specifically designated by the manufacturer.
- When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
BATTERY CARE
- Charge the battery power bank with the original USB-C or recommended charger cables only.
- Keep away from flammable materials and excessive temperatures.
- When the battery power bank is fully charged the display will show four (4) solid LED lights, remove from charger.
- To maximise battery life, charge and discharge once every 3 months.

SWITCH OPERATIONS
To turn ON, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Three heating levels can be adjusted to your comfort by simply pressing the power button.
Blue (low), Green (medium), Red (high)
To turn OFF press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED turns off.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Before washing, make sure to unplug and remove the power battery bank. All pockets must be emptied, and zips closed.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Don’t not tumble dry or bleach the Heated Hand Warmer.
- Do not twist the garment to prevent damage to internal heating element hardware.
*Hand wash is recommended.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store in a cool, dry place. Extreme temperatures during storage will shorten power bank life. Keep power bank connectors/contacts clean and dry.
WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, material issues, and craftsmanship. If the product is deemed faulty Winton will provide a repair service or arrange a replacement product with the same model. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund can be arranged through negotiation.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as order number, transaction record, receipt etc.
- The product must be maintained and cared for under normal operating conditions and must not be damaged by human factors, accidents, or improper use.
- The product must be operated according to the instructions provided and must not be modified or repaired without authorised operations.
- All returns will undergo an inspection by a qualified professional. All warranty will be void if deemed product was not used as designed.
